Resum del projecte/ Project summary

L’objectiu principal de la proposta és optimitzar la tecnologia de compostatge per a higienitzar i estabilitzar la fracció sòlida de purí porcí, així com també la del seu digestat, sota condicions hipertermòfiles i aconseguir obtenir un biofertilitzant amb baix contingut en fàrmacs d’ús veterinari i gens de resistència, que presenti una bona qualitat agronòmica i sigui apte per a la seva aplicació en cultius ecològics.

The main objective of the proposal is to optimize the composting technology to sanitize and stabilize the solid fraction of pork purée, as well as that of its digestate, under hyperthermophilic conditions and to obtain a biofertilizer as well as the availability of veterinary drugs and gens of resistance, which presented a good agronomic quality and continued to be suitable for its application in ecological farming.
